Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward mails from one e-mail box to another, activate mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just select the email box you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
